SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped on our standard delivery service which is 3-6 business days. You can also choose to upgrade your delivery at the checkout stage to ‘2 Day’ or ‘Overnight’.

Please wait 1-4 days for us to prepare the item.

Once we have dispatched your order you will receive a shipping email confirmation, so you know your order is on its way. The shipping email will contain all shipping information so you can keep track of your order. If no one’s at home and we are unable to deliver your item, you will be left a calling card and you will be able to arrange re-delivery or collection from your local depot.

Standard Delivery Service

Economy method is the most cost-efficient form of ground shipping. It is best used with customers who aren’t in rush to get their product(s) delivered. Ship time ranges from 3-6 business days depending on proximity to our warehouse. 

Please note due to Covid 19 some deliveries may take slightly longer than usual but we are finding 98% of all orders are arriving as usual. Please note we cannot be held responsible if a delivery does not occur on your desired date during this period of the pandemic.

Orders over $150 qualify for our free delivery service, postage is charged at $5.99 for orders less than $150 in value. 


2 Day Delivery Service

When selecting 2-day shipping, your package will be delivered within two days after production is complete.
Orders shipped with 2-Day shipping cannot be delivered to a PO Box.


Overnight Delivery

Overnight shipping means your package will be delivered standard overnight as soon as production is complete.
These packages cannot be delivered to a PO box.


International Orders

International orders can be processed online and paid either via PayPal or with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duty and tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. 


Bank Holiday Deliveries & Public Holidays

Watch Pilot and our delivery partners do not operate during Bank Holidays or any other Public Holidays. We are unable to dispatch or deliver items purchased during this period. We ask you to allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays and other Public Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. Important Notice: Bank Holidays and any other Public Holidays will override any express service you have paid for during checkout. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Delivery Delays

We always endeavour to deliver your order on time. In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.


Lost Packages

For peace of mind all our orders are dispatched using a secure tracked and signed for service with the correct insurance cover for losses or any damages. On rare occasions we may experience losses whilst in transit.  Please get in touch with our customer service team if you think this may be the case with your order and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will endeavour to replace or refund orders lost in transit however once courier tracking confirmation is received of an order being delivered and signed for at the delivery address our liability ceases.
