RETURN & REFUND POLICY
While we make every effort to describe all our products as accurately as possible, we accept that occasionally not all items received are as you expected.
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. It is not within our normal policy to refund orders or items. We typically do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
If the quality of the replacement product is still not satisfactory, the criteria for you to return the product are:
+ The printed image is not clear.
+ The printed image is not in the center of the shirt.
+ Package received wrongly against the order.
+ Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty…
+ The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the order.
+ Other mistakes caused by us…
If you wish to return your item please contact us either via email at [email protected] requesting a refund or exchange. Please then return your parcel to us via a tracked postal service at our Returns Center. Please also include a copy of your invoice or packing slip and advise us the reason for the return whether it’s a refund or exchange etc.
You must report any faults within 72 hours of receipt of the item and you have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. Any returns cost will be at your own expense.
What if my product is faulty?
We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty product. No problem! Send our customer service team an email within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] with images of the faulty product and we will be in touch to resolve the issue.
Return and Exchange Eligibility:
All returned or exchanged items must be:
- Returned in new condition and in their original packaging.
- Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- Ship via a tracked or signed for postal service. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Exchanges may be returned within 14 days from date of dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:
- Any signs of wear.
- Parts of the item are missing.
- Plastic seals and/or tags on the item have been removed.
To return your item(s) as unwanted, you have 14 days from date of delivery to inform us. From this date, you will have a further 14 days to return your item(s) to be eligible for a refund. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded with the original payment method you used to place your order.
If there is any noticeable discrepancies or damage when you receive your order, or if the wrong item was delivered, please refer to the what to do if there is a defect with your order. Upon receiving your return we will endeavour to refund you the same day however during exceptionally busy periods may take up to a maximum of 48 hours.
Refunds will be processed directly on the payment platform you used to pay for the order.
- The order is canceled by us
- The order has been overdue for delivery by more than 14 business days and you no longer need to receive it.
- The order is returned and confirmed by our Return Center.
- Refund may be partial or full-refund, based on agreement between seller and buyer.
Refund Processing time
We usually process your refund request the same day, however during exceptionally busy periods may take up to a maximum of 48 hours.
